Group assault in Braybrook leaves man in critical condition
A man has suffered serious injuries after being attacked by a group of offenders in Melbourne’s south overnight.
Police were called to South Road in Braybrook after a man in his 30s was left unconscious following the attack which took place about 7.30pm.
An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said they treated the man for serious upper body injuries before taking him to the Royal Melbourne Hospital in a critical condition.

Investigators are urging anyone who witnessed the assault to contact police.
