Mystery 'ghost yacht' spotted off NSW South Coast

An unmanned mystery yacht with no mast or markings has been discovered off the NSW South Coast, leaving authorities baffled as to its owner.
Marine Rescue NSW found the seven-metre yacht submerged and drifting off Camel Rock, between Narooma and Bermagui, just after 9am this morning.
It was in poor condition, had no mast or markings, and no sign of life on board.
Divers scoured the seabed but found no sign of passengers or evidence anyone had been on board.
Marine Rescue NSW Regional Operations Manager Glenn Sullivan commended the volunteer rescue team for their efforts in the bizarre discovery.
The yacht sank in about 30 metres of water while being towed back to shore, marine rescue authorities said.
