Mum sent nude photos to dance teacher: court

A mother sent nude photographs of her two daughters performing “lewd acts” to their Sydney dance teacher in order to help their careers.
The woman has pleaded guilty to producing and disseminating child abuse material and is due to be sentenced in Sydney's Downing Centre District Court on Monday, The Sydney Morning Herald reports.
The girls’ dance teacher, Grant Davies, was arrested in May last year and charged with more than 60 child abuse offences allegedly committed against 10 of his students.
The woman’s daughters were both aged under 14 when the photos were taken.
A psychiatrist, Antony Milch, told the court the mother – who cannot be named for legal reasons – was obsessed with the idea of her daughters becoming famous dancers.
"She wanted her daughters' careers advanced," Dr Milch said.
"This was assisted by the sending of the photographs."
Dr Milch said the girls appeared to be confused about what their mother had done and why it was wrong.
