All westbound lanes of the motorway have been reopened at Moorebank and earlier diversions at Fairford Road in Padstow and Henry Lawson Drive in Mliperra lifted.

All citybound lanes have also been reopened.

Motorists are being advised to allow plenty of extra travel time, with traffic remaining heavy in westbound and citybound directions.

Investigations into the fatal collision are continuing.
