Brother's pledge after motorcyclist killed on the road in Victoria
The brother of a motorcyclist killed in a horror road crash overnight has pledged to keep riding as he prepares for a Christmas without his best friend.
Brandon North, 26, died while riding in Bacchus Marsh, north-west of Melbourne, before sunset yesterday.
He was travelling from Ballarat to Werribee to sell a friend's Honda motorcycle, when a car pulled into his path at about 6.30pm.

Brandon was flung from his bike and died after being airlifted to hospital.
The driver of the car, a 28-year-old woman, was flown to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and will be questioned by detectives.
Brandon's younger brother Nathan, 23, said he was devastated by the loss.
"I lost my mum, lost my dad, now my brother," he said.

"All I got now is my sister."
He said he doubted he could ever move on, but he was determined to carry on Brandon's legacy.
"I'm still going to ride," he said.
"I do what he loved, and if I go that way, that's it."
