Infamous Melbourne bridge claims another truck in crash
Another truck has crashed into Melbourne's most notorious bridge today.
Vic Traffic confirmed on X this morning that there had been a collision at the Montague Street railway bridge in South Melbourne.
Southbound traffic is sharing a northbound lane, with emergency services directing drivers.

Motorists in the area are urged to proceed with caution.
A picture from the scene showed a truck had caught its roof under the bridge, suffering significant damage.
"Know the height of your vehicle before you travel," Vic Traffic said.

The driver is the latest to misjudge their ability to move under the bridge, but hardly the first.
Earlier this month, two drivers in two days both suffered similar accidents.
