Sydney mum, two young kids found safe and well

A young Sydney mother who vanished with her two primary school-aged children has been found safe and well.

The 26-year-old mother and her two young kids, aged six and four, were last seen leaving a home on Hennesy Crescent in Shalvey at 8am yesterday.

After the trio failed to return home, family members notified authorities who commenced an investigation.

The family were located safe and well early on Tuesday morning.
