Appeal to locate missing Sydney girl, 13, not seen in almost a week

Police are appealing to the public for help in locating a missing Sydney teenager who hasn't been heard from in almost a week.

Charlee Castle, 13, was last seen at her home on Murrabin Avenue, Matraville, at about 11pm on Wednesday, July 26.

After her family couldn't locate her, they contacted police, who commenced an investigation into her whereabouts.

Despite officers' efforts, no trace of the teenager has so far been found.

Authorities and Castle's loved ones hold serious concerns for her welfare due to her young age.

Castle is being described as of Caucasian appearance, 150cm tall with a slim build and long blonde hair.

She was last seen wearing a grey "Champion" hoodie, black leggings and white Nike shoes.

It's believed she may be in the vicinity of Central Station in Sydney.

Anyone with information into her whereabouts is urged to call police or Crime Stoppers.
