Boy, five, killed after crash in Sydney's north
A child has been killed after he was struck by a car in Sydney's north yesterday.
Emergency crews responded to the crash on Anzac Avenue in Collaroy, on the Northern Beaches, at 1.25pm on Sunday, where a five-year-old boy had been badly injured.
He was rushed to Sydney Children's Hospital, but despite the efforts of doctors, died as a result of his injuries later that night.

A crime scene has been established while police work to determine the cause of the collision.
The driver of the car, a 77-year-old man, was taken to Northern Beaches Hospital for testing.
No arrests have been made at this stage.
A report will be prepared for the coroner as investigations continue.
