Queensland boy found safe after Amber Alert

Queensland Police have found a 10-year-old boy after an Amber Alert was issued following his disappearance on Friday afternoon.
The boy had last been seen in Woodford, north of Brisbane, at 3.30pm.
It was feared the boy was at "significant risk".

Police issued an update in the evening saying the boy had been found safe and well.
"Police would like to thank the media and the public for their assistance."
