Video shows girl clinging to bonnet of moving car
Heart-stopping video has emerged of a child clinging to the bonnet of a moving car in Melbourne.
A witness, who declined to be identified, said his dash cam recorded the incident just before 6pm yesterday at the Yan Yean Reservoir Park.
The man said he believed the girl in the footage was aged between 10 and 13.

Laughter can be heard coming from the silver SUV as it passes the camera.
The witness said about eight other children were packed in the vehicle, as a female driver took them to the toilet on the other end of the popular park.
It's unclear if the child on the bonnet was injured.
A Victoria Police spokesman said they had not received a formal report about the incident.
