Lanes reopen after multi-vehicle crash in Melbourne
Citybound lanes of a Melbourne freeway have reopened after a multi-vehicle collision caused traffic mayhem earlier this morning.
Traffic is again flowing from all four citybound lanes of the Princes Freeway at Laverton after four cars and a truck collided near Kororoit Creek Road about 7am.
The female driver of one of the cars was taken to Werribee Hospital with minor injuries.

There were no other injuries.
The investigation into the circumstances of the collision remains ongoing.
Heavily congested traffic from Hoppers Crossing has eased, with surrounding roads including Sayers Road, Old Geelong Road, Forsyth Road, Leakes Road and Point Cook Road also busier than usual.
