Man charged with 2021 murder on NSW South Coast

A 65-year-old man will face court after he was charged with the 2021 murder of a 31-year-old man in New South Wales.
Police visited Thomas Street in Lake Illawarra, on the NSW South Coast, at about 9.30pm on August 23 last year, where they discovered the body of 31-year-old Matthew Davis.
At about 7am yesterday, investigators searched a home on Belfast Avenue in Warilla, Shellharbour.

They seized clothing and notepads for forensic examination.
A 65-year-old man was also arrested and charged with murder.
He was refused police bail and will appear in court today.
