Man charged with murder over fatal daylight stabbing in Marrickville
A man has been charged with murder after a fatal stabbing in Sydney's inner-west.
Last Friday emergency services rushed to Marrickville Road just after midday, where a 55-year-old was found with stab wounds to his neck torso. He died at the scene.
A 62-year-old was arrested at the scene and taken away in an ambulance.

Crime scenes were established at both Marrickville and Dulwich Hill which were forensically examined.
Police said at the time the men were known to authorities and each other.
Today, the 62-year-old was charged with murder and refused bail during a bedside hearing.
He is due to appear before Newtown Local Court on September 28.
