Mark Simonds: a correction

On 4 September, Nine Gold Coast News broadcast a report about alleged breaches of exemptions to COVID-19 restrictions in respect of the Lady Pamela superyacht.
That report incorrectly suggested Mr Mark Simonds had been charged by Queensland police.
9News confirms Mark Simonds has not been charged and 9News apologises for the error.
