Manslaughter charge over death of Vic man

A 21-year-old Victorian man has been charged with manslaughter over the death of a man almost 12 months ago.
John Starling, 35, was found dead outside a house in Darley in the early hours of June 8 last year.
A Fulham man will appear at Melbourne Magistrates Court on Thursday charged with manslaughter.
