A man has been stabbed in the back outside a Sunshine Coast McDonald's and his attackers are still on the run.
Police say the 27-year-old victim staggered into the fast food outlet at Minyama for help after being attacked by two men on Monday around 8:30pm.

He was taken to Sunshine Coast University Hospital for treatment but has since been released.
Police have appealed for any witnesses to come forward.
