Man sought after jogger sexually assaulted in broad daylight in Melbourne's east
Police have released CCTV footage showing a man dancing as he walks down a Melbourne street, following an alleged sexual assault last month.
Detectives believe a 19-year-old woman was out running on Whitehorse Road in Blackburn when an unknown man approached her at about 11.10am on August 26.
He allegedly sexually assaulted her as she tried to pass him, then he fled the scene on foot.

About 15 minutes later, a man matching the description of the offender was caputred on CCTV dancing.
Investigators have released a digital composite image of a man they believe can help their investigation.
He is described as being of slim build, with brown eyes, dark and curly hair, and was carrying a red basketball.
