Man sought after boy approached in NSW
An 11-year-old boy hid behind a shed in fear after he was approached by a man along a NSW Central Coast road.
Police are appealing for witnesses after the incident at Copacabana on Wednesday.
The boy was walking along Copacabana Drive about 4.50pm (AEDT) when a man in a black sedan approached and yelled out to him, police said.
The boy hid behind a shed and the driver got out of the car, before returning to it a short while later and driving off.
The boy then ran home.
The man was described as aged between 20 and 30, with shaved sandy-brown hair, dark facial hair and a slim build, wearing blue denim jeans with patches on both knees, a black T-shirt ripped at the bottom and thongs.
Police urge anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
