Carjacker shoots man on Gold Coast overnight
A young man is in hospital after he was shot in the leg on the Gold Coast yesterday evening.
Shortly after 6pm, emergency services were called to Sunshine Parade in Miami, where they found a man with a gunshot wound to his left leg.
He was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police say the gunman demanded the keys to the victim's car before shooting him and leaving the scene.
Anybody with further information or relevant vision along Mountain View Avenue or Christine Avenue and the immediate surrounding area between 5.45pm-6.15pm yesterday is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
