The partner of a Sydney woman who died after her throat was cut has been questioned by police and released without charge.
The 68-year-old woman was found in her Forestville home in the city's north by police after a distressed relative called emergency services.

Her 77-year-old partner has been questioned by police and was released without charge pending further enquiries.
Police are continuing their investigations at the home today.
