Man dies after being hit by own car in his driveway

A man has died after his car rolled out of a garage and crushed him in his own driveway.
Emergency services were called to the man's home in Junee, north of Wagga Wagga, about 6.30am, where he was found lying unresponsive in the driveway.
According to an initial investigation by police, the 67-year-old had been standing in his driveway when his Ford Falcon rolled out of the garage.

The man became trapped under a wheel of the car and was dragged a short distance.
It's believed the parking brake had not been engaged on the vehicle at the time.
Despite the efforts of first responders, the man died at the scene.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner into the man's death.
