Man injured in 10m fall on Harbour Bridge

A man has suffered head and spinal injuries after falling down a ladder while taking part in a Sydney Harbour Bridge climb.

Police said the 52-year-old was on an official group climb with his family at 6.35pm on Saturday when he fell about 10 metres down the ladder.

Emergency services treated the man at the scene before he was safely lowered to the ground about 9pm and taken to St Vincent's Hospital in a stable condition.
