Man in custody after stabbing death

A 26-year-old man is in police custody following the suspicious death of a man in the Canberra suburb of Charnwood on Saturday.
The Canberra man handed himself in to ACT police on Saturday night but has not yet been charged.
About 1.30am on Saturday police received reports of a disturbance at a residence in Charnwood.

A 27-year-old man with stab wounds was taken by ambulance to hospital, but died a short time later.
