Man faces 113 charges linked to series of 'no frills' thefts

A man faces 113 charges over a series of 'no-frills' burglaries in Melbourne.
Police arrested a 29-year-old Lalor man yesterday who allegedly stole hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash from businesses in the city.
It is alleged the man used a crowbar and brute force to break open safes, The Age reported.

His arrest came after police revealed CCTV images of a man who they believe burgled more than 30 properties over the past year.
The man was interviewed by police and arrested in Southbank
He appeared at an out-of-sessions court hearing early on Tuesday morning and was remanded to face Melbourne Magistrates' Court.
