NSW Fire and Rescue Inspector Kernin Lambert said it took about 30 minutes to bring under control.

“At one stage we feared nitrogen cylinders were being impacted by the fire, and there was a very severe danger of explosions occurring,” he said.

A man at the shop at the time escaped uninjured.

The blaze will be investigated but is not believed to be suspicious.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
