Man drowns at Victorian beach

A man has drowned at Woolamai Beach on Phillip Island this afternoon.
Police said the man was seen struggling in the water shortly before 5pm, but rescue attempts to save him were unsuccessful.

His body was located 20 minutes later and is yet to be identified.
A report will now be prepared for the coroner.
