A man has drowned after falling into the Yarra River in Docklands. Nine
A teenager has drowned after falling into the Yarra River in Melbourne overnight.
The 19-year-old man from Hoppers Crossing fell into the water and two men who were with him at the time in Docklands, raised the alarm after he failed to surface.
Water Police and Search and Rescue officers were called and searched the river for the man.

The man's body was recovered hours later. Nine
The man's body was recovered hours later from the water about 4.15am.
He is yet to be formally identified and police are not treating the death as suspicious.
Police will prepare a report for the coroner.
