Man dies in ute crash on NSW farm

A 62-year-old man has died after being thrown from his ute on a farm in the NSW Riverina.

Police were called to a property on Tuesday after a man failed to return from driving his ute on Monday afternoon on farmland at Brungle, south-east of Gundagai.

A family member found the man and his ute about 7pm on Tuesday.

Police said it appeared the vehicle had skidded off a track and down a steep embankment.
