Man dies in brick fence collapse outside Geelong home

A man has died after a brick fence fell on him in the southern Geelong suburb of Belmont this afternoon.

Police were called to the Belmont home about 2.10pm, and believe the man had been working on the fence when it fell. 

Paramedics were also called, and pronounced the man dead at the scene. 

WorkSafe Victoria will investigate the death, and police will prepare a report for the Coroner.
