Man killed after ute crashes into tree in Tasmania

A man has died after the utility he was driving crashed into into a tree at Lake Leake in Tasmania.

It's understood the vehicle left the road after the 59-year-old man lost control of the vehicle.

Police say the crash happened on Lake Leake Road at about 11.30pm yesterday on a sweeping left hand bend.
