Man crushed by plasterboard near Lake Macquarie

A man in his 20s has been crushed by plasterboard in the Lake Macquarie region of New South Wales.
The man is believed to have been working with a 100kg piece of Gyprock when it fell on him.
Paramedics and the Westpac Rescue Helicopter are responding to the incident in Cooranbong, west of Morisset off the Sydney-Newcastle Freeway just before 11am.

The man has abdominal and back injuries but it is not believed to be serious,
