Sydney man suffers critical head injuries after falling from tree
A man has suffered critical injuries after falling from a tree in Sydney's north west.
The man, aged in his 50s, was pruning the tree at his home in Carlingford when he fell this afternoon.

He treated at the scene by doctors on board CareFlight's Rapid Response Helicopter shortly after 1pm along with NSW Ambulance paramedics.
The man suffered head injuries and was placed in an induced coma before being taken to Westmead Hospital where he remains in a critical condition.
