Man charged over alleged indecent assaults

A 22-year-old man will face court charged with indecently assaulting five women in central Sydney on Monday.

The women were attacked on a number of streets in the CBD between about 9.25am and 1.25pm, police say.

The incidents were reported to local officers who arrested the man on Tuesday morning.

He has been charged with five counts of assault with an act of indecency.

The alleged attacker was granted conditional bail and will face Downing Centre Local Court on April 22.
