A Sydney man has been charged over an alleged superannuation fund fraud worth $160,000.

Investigations began into the alleged fraud after five people reported alleged unauthorised access to their self-managed super funds in November 2024.

On Tuesday, police officers raided a home on Caddies Boulevard in Rouse Hill with a search warrant related to the investigation.

He was charged with five counts of dishonestly obtaining a financial advantage by deception.

He was granted conditional bail and will appear in Blacktown Local Court on June 16.
