Man charged with breaching crime prevention order in Sydney
A Sydney man has been charged for allegedly breaching a serious crime prevention order.
Officers visited a unit in Sydney at about 8.50am last Tuesday, April 9, to execute a firearm prohibition order compliance check.
The unit was linked to a 40-year-old man who is subject to a serious crime prevention order, police said.

During the compliance check, police allegedly found about $13,000 cash and a mobile phone hidden in two separate fire extinguisher cupboards located in common areas of the unit block.
Following subsequent forensic analysis of the items found, at about 7.30am yesterday, police returned to the unit and arrested a 40-year-old man.
He was charged with two counts of breaching a serious crime prevention order, and failing to comply with a digital evidence access order direction.
The man was refused bail and will appear at Downing Centre Local Court today.
