Man charged after stomping on Mercedes in destructive road rage attack

A man has been charged after he was filmed stomping on a Mercedes sedan in a destructive road rage attack in Adelaide's CBD.
Witnesses told 9NEWS they saw the man violently kicking the doors of the car on Pulteney Street in Hurtle Square just after 9am today.
In video obtained exclusively by 9NEWS, he can be seen walking to the front of the vehicle before climbing onto the bonnet and jumping on it repeatedly.

Police have confirmed they responded to an incident about 9.45am following a dispute between a motorist and a pedestrian.
A man was arrested and charged with assault and property damage.
He will face court at a later date.
