A Melbourne man had just purchased his morning coffee when he was struck by a passing car, breaking his leg, and the driver did not stop.
The 31-year-old man was getting back into his car after grabbing a take-away coffee in Fitzroy, about 7.15am (AEST) on Wednesday, when he was hit by a late-model white Hyundai, police said.
The car sustained damage to its passenger side front bumper and side mirror.
