Man allegedly tortured with lighter and aerosol at Brisbane home
A 64-year-old man was allegedly beaten and burned with a lighter and aerosol can over a two-hour period at a Brisbane home last night.
Police believe he had been drinking with two other men at the Gladstone Road property when the trio became involved in in an argument.
Investigators will allege that the other men then burned the 64-year-old using the lighter and aerosol over a two-hour period.
The 64-year-old eventually escaped and raised the alarm.
He has since been taken to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital where he was treated for burns to his arms, legs, scalp and face.
A 42-year-old and 44-year-old man have been charged with multiple offences including torture and will appear in court today having been granted conditional bail.
