Man armed with knives robs restaurant in Brisbane

A man armed with multiple knives has robbed and threatened staff members at a restaurant in Kelvin Grove, near Brisbane’s CBD.
The man entered the Miss India takeaway restaurant on Kelvin Grove Road around 12.10pm today and made demands for money, police said.
He allegedly threatened two staff members, who handed over a sum of cash.
No one was injured.
The man fled the scene on foot and was last spotted heading towards a nearby university campus.
He is described as being aged in his 30s with a solid build, and was wearing a black basketball cap and sunglasses at the time of the robbery.
