Today, parts of the shattered windscreen and debris remain at the scene.

"For some reason the driver's lost control causing the car to roll," Victoria Police Sergeant Russell Sephton told 9News.

Police are working to piece together just what happened, saying no witnesses have come forward.

"If anyone does know anything or can shed some light on the collision, ring Crime Stoppers," Sergeant Sephton said.

Police are investigating whether speed played a role.
