Lundy will move to NRMA board

ACT senator Kate Lundy has already lined up a post-politics gig: a position on the board of the NRMA.

The Labor senator will leave parliament once the ACT branch of the party finalises her replacement early in 2015.

The NRMA announced on Thursday long-serving director Alan Evans would step down on January 17.

Senator Lundy will fill his board position from March 31.

ACT Labor closes nominations for a replacement for Senator Lundy at the end of Thursday, with former territory chief minister Katy Gallagher expected to get the spot unopposed.
