Two injured after London bus smashes into cars

Pedestrians and drivers were left horrified after a double-decker bus pushed multiple vehicles down the street, turning at least one sideways before apparently speeding on.

In a video uploaded to social media, the number 254 bus is seen driving into a black four-wheel drive.

The car is turned sideways to the sound of screeching brakes, before the bus pulls away from behind and continues on down the street.

Witnesses are heard crying out in the video.

An eyewitness told the Daily Mail that one of the vehicles hit by the bus was carrying a baby.

Photos from the scene show police speaking to the bus driver as well as multiple damaged vehicles pulled on to the side of the road.

A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said two people had been left with minor injuries after the bus collided with "a number of vehicles".

Road closures were put in place, however, nobody had been arrested.
