Man stabbed in frenzied knife attack in Logan

A man has been left with broken bones and a serious stab wound to his chest after a frenzied knife attack south of Brisbane.

Two thugs remain on the run after violently setting upon the 26-year-old at a unit complex on Blackwood Road in Woodridge around 8pm yesterday.

The bleeding victim managed to alert neighbours, who called police.

He was rushed to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in a serious but stable condition, suffering a broken arm and fractured nose.

9NEWS understands drug paraphernalia was found at the scene, with detectives investigating whether it was a targeted attack.
