Lighting technician steals the show at music festival
It doesn’t take much to whip an overexcited crowd of French music lovers into a frenzy – all you need is a few hand signals.
Lighting technician Nico Terrien found this out while preparing the stage for electro group Deluxe at the Garorock Festival in Marmande, France last week.
Entertaining video footage shows Terrien putting his hands in the air as a sea of screaming people follow suit.
Clearly lapping up the attention, Terrien struggles to keep a straight face as he swirls his hands to the left and crosses his arms above his head.
The crowd swiftly mirrors his choreography, cheering wildly for their newly-discovered star.
Deluxe were the headline act on July 2, the second day of the music festival.
