Late Wallabies player's clifftop mansion sells for $18.55 million

A mansion perched on a cliffside in South Coogee, Sydney, has sold for $18.5 million.

The property had belonged to Wallabies winger Alan Cardy, who died in 2021.

According to the Australian Financial Review, he purchased the site for $320,000 in 1981. 

Now, the publication is reporting the single-family modern home has sold to cofounder of HR software Flare, Daniel Cohen, and his wife, Gina.
