Late Wallabies player's clifftop mansion sells for $18.55 million
A mansion perched on a cliffside in South Coogee, Sydney, has sold for $18.5 million.
The property had belonged to Wallabies winger Alan Cardy, who died in 2021.
According to the Australian Financial Review, he purchased the site for $320,000 in 1981.
Now, the publication is reporting the single-family modern home has sold to cofounder of HR software Flare, Daniel Cohen, and his wife, Gina.

AFR reported that the Cohens bought the three-storey Seaside Parade home for $18.55 million in February.
It set a record for South Coogee.
The 1112 square metre mansion has an incredible location on the Lurline Bay.
The mansion boasts unobstructed and panaromic views of the Pacific Ocean over Wedding Cake Island to Bondi and out to Malabar.
The real estate listing described the design to be "reminiscent of living aboard a super yacht".
It is made to endure in the landscape with a build by Bellevarde Constructions and interiors by Alexandra Kidd Design.
It has five bedrooms, four bathrooms and three carparks.
One of the bedrooms faces the ocean with amazing views.
