Home 'completely destroyed' by fire in Sydney
Residents have been left devastated after a house was completely engulfed in flames in Sydney's south-west this morning.
The fire which started just before 7am has destroyed an entire home on Grace Avenue in Lurnea.
Six fire crews rushed to the scene to stop the fire from spreading to neighbouring homes.

Fire crews said the residents had escaped without harm.
"When we arrived the whole house was involved in fire unfortunately," firefighter Scott Hanley told 9News.
"The resident was outside and informed us no one else was inside which is a huge weight off for us."

The entire home has been destroyed by the blaze.
"The house is completely destroyed every room is completely destroyed," Mr Hanley said.
"Absolutely nothing is saved."
Neighbours woke to the shock of the blaze which sent thick smoke over the street and now their thoughts lie with the residents who are left with nothing.
"I feel sorry for the poor people now that have to start all over," a neighbour told 9News.

Police and firefighters will now investigate the cause of the fire.
"As the house is so damaged it will take a bit of time to try and ascertain where it started and how it started," Mr Hanley said.
