ACCC issues Lamborghini recall for fault with hood latches
A recall has been issued for a number of Lamborghinis after a fault was detected with the cars' hood hinges.
Australia's consumer watchdog, the ACCC, announced the recall on Wednesday, alerting owners of the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ Coupe and Aventador SVJ 63 of a defect with the hood hinges.
"The hood hinges may loosen and may not hold the hood closed," the alert said.

The ACCC issued the recall saying there is an issue with the cars' hood hinges. ACCC
"The hood may unlatch and flip open or detach from the vehicle."
The ACCC said the defect could cause an "increased risk of an accident and injury or death to vehicle occupants or other road users".
A total of 22 vehicles are expected to be impacted by the fault.
Once parts are available in April 2021, consumers will be instructed to arrange an appointment with an authorised Lamborghini dealer for replacement of the hood hinge screws.
