Labor refers MP David Feeney to High Court

Labor has formally referred backbencher David Feeney to the High Court amid doubts about his citizenship and eligibility to sit in federal parliament.
Questions were raised about Mr Feeney's status as he sought documents relating to his UK citizenship renunciation.
He is the second Labor MP to be referred to the court, following Senator Katy Gallagher.
