Labor in motion condemning government

Labor has moved a motion in parliament condemning Prime Minister Tony Abbott over his "chaotic and incompetent" government.
Opposition Leader Bill Shorten moved the motion during question time on Thursday.
"Tony Abbott is the captain chaos of Australian politics," he said.
